This page says what this site collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to cover us.

Who is responsible

Julien Loiseau, operating as wiredstack, is the data controller. Written questions and requests go to julien@meyna.io.

What is collected, and why

Nothing is measured before you answer the banner. If you decline, no measurement script loads and no cookie is written. If you accept, and later fill in a form, your visits are linked to your email address so we can see that the same person came back.

Cookies

Two kinds are used, and only after you accept:

Measurement cookies set by PostHog, to recognise a returning browser and to record sessions.
A local preference that stores your answer to the banner and, on the Meeting Loop page, the fact that you already filled the form so it is not asked twice. This one never leaves your browser.

To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings. The banner will ask again on your next visit.

Who else sees this data

PostHog, for measurement and session recordings. The project is hosted in the European Union, so this data does not leave the EU.
Google, because form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet on a Google Drive account. Google may process data outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses.
Calendly, only if you click through to book a call. From that point their own privacy policy applies.

Your details are never sold, rented, or passed to anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent to measurement at any time, without affecting what was collected before.

Write to julien@meyna.io and you will get an answer within a month. No particular form is required: saying "delete my details" is enough.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Substantial changes will be flagged on the site.
